- 1 gallon(s) Water
- 1 cup(s) Salt
- 1 cup(s) Sugar
- 1 cup(s) Dark Molasses
- 1 cup(s) Soy Sauce
- Fresh Sage, Dehydrated Garlic, Marjoram and pepper to taste
- Put all ingredients into a large pot and bring to boil. Cool quickly with ice and submerge meat in the brine mix. Cover and keep coool in a portable cooler for 24 to 36 hours.
