Brie and Chutney Puffs

- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed and cut into 12 squares
- 12 1/2 oz squares brie, with rind
- 1/2 cup(s) favorite chutney, used mango
- 1 egg whipped
- sea salt
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Put the puff pastry squares on parchment lined baking sheet. Top each square with 1 piece of brie, top with small scoop chutney. Fold up four corners and pinch to seal. Brush with egg wash. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 375 fro 10-12 minutes or until puffed golden.
