  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chives
  • 1/2 tub(s) cream cheese Chopped
  • 4 Cooked chicken sausages
  • Olive oil
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup(s) half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Butter
  • 1 cup(s) Shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 24inch banquette


  1. Mix cream and chives
  2. Split sausages and cook until done
  3. Whisk eggs, half and half, salt and pepper, cook 1 minute add cheese and stir until done
  4. Split baquette, lightly toast and assemble sandwich, serve with hot sauce
