Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon(s) Chives
- 1/2 tub(s) cream cheese Chopped
- 4 Cooked chicken sausages
- Olive oil
- 8 Eggs
- 1/3 cup(s) half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon(s) Butter
- 1 cup(s) Shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 24inch banquette
Preparation
- Mix cream and chives
- Split sausages and cook until done
- Whisk eggs, half and half, salt and pepper, cook 1 minute add cheese and stir until done
- Split baquette, lightly toast and assemble sandwich, serve with hot sauce
