4 slices of bacon, diced
3 (3-oz.) packages ramen noodles, prepared according to package instructions, discarding seasoning packet
2 large eggs
1/2 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese
2 sweet peppers, diced
1 tomato, diced
How to Make It
Heat bacon in a large skillet over medium heat; cook, stirring often, until crispy. Remove bacon to a paper towel-lined plate using a slotted spoon; set aside.
