1/2 whole-wheat pita
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated light Jarlsberg
1/2 cup jarred roasted peppers


Heat oven to 400° F.

Fill the pita half with the Jarlsberg and peppers. Place on a baking sheet and transfer to oven. Cook until the Jarlsberg has melted, 5 to 7 minutes.
