  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) DRY MUSTARD
  • 9 LARGE EGGS
  • 3 cup(s) MILK
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) PEPPER
  • 1 1/2 pound(s) PORK SAUSAGE
  • 1 teaspoon(s) SALT
  • 15 ounce(s) SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

Preparation

  1. COOK SAUSAGE IN A SKILLET, STIRRING UNTIL IT CRUMBLES AND IS NO LONGER PINK; DRAIN WELL. ARRANGE BREAD CUBES IN BOTTOM OF A LIGHTLY GREASED 13 X 9 INCH BAKING DISH. TOP WITH SAUSAGE AND CHEESE. WHISK TOGETHER EGGS AND NEXT 4 INGREDIENTS, POUR EVENLY OVER CHEESE. COVER AND CHILL 8 HOURS. LET STAND AT ROOM TEMP 30 MIN BAKE AT 350 FOR 45 MIN OR UNTIL SET.
