Mix into 1.5 cup boiling water: 1 cup bran, .5 cup oats, .5 cup coconut flakes, .5 cup raisins, .5 cup nuts, .5 cup whatever else
Mix one cup soymilk with two tsp apple cider vinegar.
Mix 5 tbsp olive oil with atleast .5 - 2/3 cup sugar, add 1 tsp ssalt, 1.5 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, pinch of cinnamon, almond/vanilla/maple extract, orange zest, nutmeg…. and 1 1/3 cup ww pastry flour.
Mix alltogether, bake at 375 for 20 min.
