Ingredients

  • flour

Preparation

  1. Mix into 1.5 cup boiling water: 1 cup bran, .5 cup oats, .5 cup coconut flakes, .5 cup raisins, .5 cup nuts, .5 cup whatever else

  2. Mix one cup soymilk with two tsp apple cider vinegar.

  3. Mix 5 tbsp olive oil with atleast .5 - 2/3 cup sugar, add 1 tsp ssalt, 1.5 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, pinch of cinnamon, almond/vanilla/maple extract, orange zest, nutmeg…. and 1 1/3 cup ww pastry flour.

  4. Mix alltogether, bake at 375 for 20 min.
