  • 3-14 oz bag(s) Bread crumbs Seasoned
  • 3 stick(s) Butter Melted
  • 6 cup(s) Chicken brooth
  • 3 cup(s) Carrots Diced
  • 3 cup(s) Celery Diced
  • 3 cup(s) Onions Diced
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Garlic Minced
  • 3 cup(s) Mushrooms Sliced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Poultry seasoning
  • Rosemary
  • Sage
  • Thyme


  1. 1. In a large stock pot, melt butter
  2. 2. Saute onions, carrots, celery, garlic & mushrooms until tender
  3. 3. Season with salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, sage, rosemary & thyme to taste
  4. 4. Add chicken broth and bring to boil
  5. 5. Remove from heat, add bread stuffing & mix
  6. 6. Taste & add additional seasonings as necessary
  7. 7. Stuff turkey with bread stuffing and cook according to manufacturers directions; or place bread stuffing in aluminum roasting pan, cover with foil & bake at 350 for 1 hour
