These shakes, made from high-quality vanilla ice cream and brandy, are a super simple way to cool down and relax on hot summer afternoons.

1 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1 cup brandy


Put ice cream and brandy in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Note: Nutritional analysis is per 3/4-cup serving.


Use the best-quality vanilla ice cream that you can find.  Feel free to experiment with other flavors of ice cream and less brandy if you like.
