Brandy-Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

How to Make It

  1. Cook butter and sugar in a small heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until smooth. Stir in cream, and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in brandy and orange zest. Serve immediately.
