Brandied Cranberries

  • Yield: Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) package fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup brandy

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 300° for 1 hour or until cranberries are soft, stirring occasionally. Cover and chill.
