- 3 tablespoon(s) butter Melted
- 1 cup(s) Milk Lukewarm
- 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1/2 cup(s) honey
- 1 cup(s) Stone-ground whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cup(s) Bran
- 1 cup(s) raisins
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, milk and baking soda, let stand for a few minutes. Add beaten egg and honey and mix well. Then stir in the flour, bran and raisins. Pour the mixture into a 12 cup muffin tin and bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
