Braised Tuscan Pork Loin

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    I received rave reviews for this dish. Easy to prepare, and makes a beautiful presentation. Served with a crunchy green salad, pan toasted sliced french bread brushed with olive oil, and fresh fruit for dessert. I added 1/2 cup Marsala to the bean mixture and cooked the roast for 15 min longer. really, really good!

    The first time I made this recipe we were all surprised at how good it was. My Mom stole my recipe and has fixed it for her friends who have stolen the recipe as well. Yummy.
