Meanwhile, cook sausage in a Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring often, 8 to 10 minutes or until meat crumbles and is no longer pink. Add onion, and sauté 5 minutes. Add garlic, and sauté 1 minute. Stir in vinegar, and cook 3 minutes. Add chicken broth; cook 5 minutes. Stir in spinach and next 3 ingredients; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in hot cooked pasta, and serve immediately.
A great weeknight dinner! It's fast, and it's delicious. It's a pasta dish that's not tomato-y or creamy -- a wonderful change of pace. Such a treat! We will definitely make it again. We made with sweet italian turkey sausage. We served it with a side salad and toated french bread.
