Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons canola mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup cabbage-and-carrot coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion
  • 8 ounces Slow Cooker Pulled Pork with Bourbon-Peach Barbecue Sauce
  • 8 slider buns, split and toasted

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add coleslaw and onion; toss well to combine.
  2. 2. Divide pork evenly among bottom halves of buns; top each slider with 2 heaping tablespoons slaw and top half of bun.
