This Glaze is EXCEPTIONAL! I was a little leary at first cause everybody knows alcohol in recipes either makes or breaks the dish. Well... This one is a winner. It's so rich and smooth I think it would compliment just about anything. I used Jim bean bourbon wiskey for this and MMMMMM DELISHHHH!

Mine glaze only flamed for about 2 seconds - ?? Seemed like alot of glaze for the size cake! I just kept pouring and pouring. Didn't use all of it because it was just pooling around the bottom of the cake.
