This recipe produced delicious, slightly caramelized ribs. I will be using this technique when I make ribs from now on. If you do not like horseradish, I would suggest using less or eliminating the horseradish.

I cooked it for a little less than 8 hrs and left out the hot sauce. It was fantastic!

Just be very careful to not go more than 9 hours - the sauce burns.

This recipe produced in aces! The meat did indeed simply fall off the bone and the taste was yummy. My husband is a rib fan and he often has them out at restaurants. I have not had much success cooking them at home in the past so haven't attempted them in years; but when I saw this recipe I thought it was worth trying. I'm glad I did.
