I have been looking for a good recipe to use for shrimp fajitas and my husband is a huge fan! This was easy and incredibly tasty.

Really good - - I used frozen shrimp, and my family loved it!

I have made this recipe several times now and everyone loves it. It is a quick meal to throw together during the week. There is a lot of flavor. I make the recipe as is - no changes

The flavors in this were great. Such a simple weeknight meal. We served with the CL corn muffins with jalepeno and honey-lime butter, which I made on Sunday so we would have a quick weeknight meal on Monday. Definitely going in the recipe book.

Fantastic! This is the best shrimp I've ever made. Made exactly as directed. Great flavor, both sweet and a little smoky. Served over orzo pasta with a little Ragu Low Fat Alfredo. Delish!

Needed another dish last minute for a pot luck, happened to have almost all the ingredients on hand. Delicious and so easy to prepare! Served over saffron rice. Definitely adding this to the repertoire.

I liked this recipe and will make it again. Accidently overcooked the shrimp by using the time suggested in the recipe, so next time I'll sautee for a shorter period of time.

Meh... This should be called border onions with some shrimp. As seems to happen every now and then with CL recipes there are just too many onions. Flavor is also sort've one dimensional and bland. Then again, this is a supposedly 15 minute dish, so I suppose one must go into it with lowered expectations. That said, I won't this again.
