How to Make It

Combine milk and 1 cup heavy cream in a small saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium heat. Remove from heat. Whisk in amaretto liqueur, honey, chocolate, and salt. Keep warm. Beat 1/2 cup heavy cream in a chilled bowl with a whisk until soft peaks form. Serve hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and toasted sliced almonds.
