- 2 stick(s) butter
- 2 cup(s) brown sugar
- 2 whole(s) eggs
- 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 2 cup(s) flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 cup(s) almonds sliced
- 2 cup(s) rolled oats
- 12 -16 ounce(s) raspberry preserves
- Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until well mixed. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and mix until ingredients are combined. Mix in nuts and oats - dough will be very stiff. Press half the dough into a 13 x 9 greased pan. Spread the raspberry preserves evenly over the dough. Drop the remaining dough on top in small chunks. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
