Ingredients

  • 1-2 pound(s) roast (chuck etc.)
  • 1 envelope(s) onion soup mix
  • 1 can(s) beef broth
  • 1 loaf(s) french bread
  • several slice(s) moz. cheese

Preparation

  1. comb. broth and soup in crockpot. add roast. cook 8 hrs. on low. remove roast. slice or shred. slice bread in half lenghwise. layer beef then cheese on loaf. top with other half of loaf and cover with foil. heat at 375 for 20 min. serve with au juice.
