Ingredients

  • 3 ounce(s) •Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub
  • 3 rack(s) •Baby Back Ribs, or Spareribs

Preparation

  1. 1.Coat both sides of ribs evenly with Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub. Cover and marinate 4 to 8 hours in refrigerator.
  2. 2.Cook ribs, in covered dish, in oven at 300˚ for 3 hours. Uncover, sprinkle additional rub over ribs and continue to cook for an additional hour. Recipe serves 6 to 8.
