Yield about 3 1/2 quarts


  • 1 (750-milliliter) bottle dry white wine
  • 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 3 tablespoons brandy
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 quarts dry champagne, chilled

How to Make It

  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large pitcher; cover and chill 8 hours. Add champagne just before serving.
