Boiled Potatoes Without Jackets

Yield 4 servings


  • 4 medium potatoes, cleaned and peeled
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Place potatoes in a medium saucepan with water to cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and cook 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain well; place in serving dish.

  2. Combine whipping cream, butter, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over potatoes. Serve immediately.
