- 4 medium potatoes, cleaned and peeled
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How to Make It
Place potatoes in a medium saucepan with water to cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and cook 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain well; place in serving dish.
Combine whipping cream, butter, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over potatoes. Serve immediately.
