Ingredients
- 1 large banana, cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fat-free soy milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
- Place banana chunks in a heavy-duty ziptop plastic bag. Seal and freeze at least 4 hours.
- Process frozen banana, frozen blueberries, and remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Serve immediately.
