Blueberry Sauce

Yield 1 cup (serving size: 1/4 cup)


  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

How to Make It

  1. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan; gradually stir in water. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Add blueberries, and cook 4 minutes or until mixture boils in center, stirring often. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 2 minutes, stirring often; cool slightly.
