Blueberry Sauce

  • 1 pint(s) fresh blueberies or 12 oz frozen
  • 1/3 cup(s) sugar
  • 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) water
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter


  1. _Over medium heat combine blueberries, sugar & lemon juice
  2. _Stir often until berries soften, about 2 minutes
  3. _Make paste with cornstarch & water
  4. _Add to sauce pan, & stir constantly until thickened (2 minutes)
  5. _Add butter stir until melted
