- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, divided (thaw, if frozen)
How to Make It
Combine sugar, water, and lemon juice in a heavy saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil; cook 8 minutes. Add 1 cup blueberries, and boil 5 minutes. Cool mixture slightly. Add remaining blueberries, stirring well. Serve sauce warm over pancakes or waffles.
