Blueberry-Passion Fruit Smoothie

    I used the passion fruit nectar and it was a nice balance of flavors. My blueberries were frozen, so I had to cut down on the ice or else it would be too thick.

    Make this super healthy by boosting the antioxidants with pomegranate juice instead of the passion nectar, and eliminate the yogurt. Add 2 tablespoons of flax seed and you have a great healthy start to your day!

    Very good but I had to use blender won't crush Ice cubes.

    Try this even better variation...substitute vanilla almond milk or soy milk for the yogurt. Omit the passion fruit juice and instead add a handful of chopped dates. Omit the wheat germ, and instead after you have it all blended, add a little granola and pulse a few times with your blender to give the smoothie a little "crunch"
