Blueberry Muffins with Lemon-Cream Cheese Glaze

    Delicious! I made this for Christmas breakfast just now and it is fantastic. The glaze is a little tedious to make but well worth the effort. I was a little more liberal with the vanilla extract, lemon zest and lemon juice than the recipe called for. Also, I garnished with additional lemon zest. Perfection.

    I didn't think that the glaze was tedious to make. The muffin and glaze were both very good. They came out perfect. I will be making these again for mothers day.

    Delicious! I will definitely make these again, but will reduce temp. to 425 next time, because the bottoms were a little dark.
