  • 1 egg beat slightly
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) flour
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 cup(s) blueberries fresh

Preparation

  1. Combine egg, milk, and cooking oil. Stir well. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Blend well. Stir blueberries gently into the mixture. Fill buttered muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
