Blueberry-Honey Breakfast Shake

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat milk
2 tablespoons honey
5 ice cubes

Preparation

1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
