Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 pint fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium cucumber, quartered

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined sieve into a medium bowl, pressing solids with a wooden spoon or a rubber spatula to squeeze out juice; discard solids.
