Blueberry-Banana Yogurt
This stir-together dish is chunkier and thicker in texture than some babies like. To make it smoother, try pureeing the blueberries and banana, rather than mashing them by hand, and adding a tablespoon of baby's milk.
Yield: 1 cup or 2 (1/2-cup) servings (serving size: 1/2 cup)

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
Preparation
- 1. Place blueberries and banana in a small bowl; mash with a fork until well blended and few chunks remain. Stir into yogurt. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
