Blueberry-Banana Yogurt

This stir-together dish is chunkier and thicker in texture than some babies like. To make it smoother, try pureeing the blueberries and banana, rather than mashing them by hand, and adding a tablespoon of baby's milk.


1 cup or 2 (1/2-cup) servings (serving size: 1/2 cup)

1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup plain yogurt


1. Place blueberries and banana in a small bowl; mash with a fork until well blended and few chunks remain. Stir into yogurt. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
