Ingredients

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup low-fat milk (or soy or almond milk)
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
1/3 cup fresh or thawed frozen blueberries
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Prepare oats according to package instructions. Stir in milk and almonds. Add blueberries. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
