Blueberries and Chilled Cream

  • Yield: Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 pints fresh blueberries

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl with a wire whisk; sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover and chill at least 12 hours. Stir cream well with a wire whisk before spooning over berries.
