- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) blue Curaçao
- 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) crème de cassis
- Champagne or sparkling wine
- Garnish: lemon twist
- Combine Curaçao and crème de cassis in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass, and top with Champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish, if desired.
