Sooo we mae this with meat that would be inside a tamale plus red chile sauce to make a dish tasting a bit like tamales but without the calories of the tamale's masa.

- 1 cup(s) blue cornmeal
- 2/3 cup(s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 3 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup(s) milk
- 1/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 1 cup(s) corn
- 2 tablespoon(s) red chile sauce (optional)
- Preheat to 400F
- Mix it all together
- put it in a 9 in across iron skillet and bake for 20-25
