Blue Cheese-Stuffed Dates

Serving size: 1 date


2 ounces blue cheese
6 toasted pecan halves
6 flat-leaf parsley leaves
6 pitted dates
1 tablespoon honey


Combine 2 ounces blue cheese, 6 toasted pecan halves, and 6 flat-leaf parsley leaves; stuff mixture evenly into 6 pitted dates. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon honey.
