Blue Cheese Spread

Yield 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4-ounce) package crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

How to Make It

  1. Beat together all ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended. Cover and chill. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
