Blue Cheese Sauce
Blue Cheese Sauce cools the heat of our meatball sliders, but it's also tasty as a dip for your party tray.
This recipe goes with Buffalo Chicken Meatball Sliders
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 shallot, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon firmly packed lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Process blue cheese, heavy cream, sour cream, minced shallot, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
