Blue Cheese Sauce

Blue Cheese Sauce cools the heat of our meatball sliders, but it's also tasty as a dip for your party tray.


  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 shallot, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon firmly packed lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make It

  1. Process blue cheese, heavy cream, sour cream, minced shallot, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
