Blue Cheese-Pecan Apples

1 Gala apple, thinly sliced
1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
1 (15-oz.) soft blue cheese wedge, rind removed
Chopped toasted pecans
Salt and pepper to taste


Arrange Gala apple slices and Granny Smith apple slices in overlapping rows on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Pinch blue cheese wedge into small pieces; arrange on apples. Bake at 425° for 2 to 3 minutes or just until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with pecans and salt and pepper to taste.
