Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 (4-ounce) package crumbled blue cheese
- Whisk together first 3 ingredients in a small bowl until blended; stir in blue cheese. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve on mixed salad greens or as a vegetable dip.
