Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Stir together light mayonnaise, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Cover and chill 30 minutes to 1 hour.
