- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
- 3 tablespoons dry white wine or buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 (4-ounce) package crumbled blue cheese
How to Make It
Process first 3 ingredients and half of blue cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir in remaining blue cheese. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve with apple or pear slices.
