Blue Cheese Dip

Yield Makes 1 1/2 cups


  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons dry white wine or buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 (4-ounce) package crumbled blue cheese

How to Make It

  1. Process first 3 ingredients and half of blue cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir in remaining blue cheese. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve with apple or pear slices.
