Delicious! I took these to a picnic last night and they got rave reviews! It's a great way to make a portable BLT. Next time I'll add some avocado!

These are really good. Took them to a party and they were a hit. Make sure you leave time for the chopping and dicing, cooking bacon, etc. You don't have to chop the lettuce - whole pieces would have been fine. Otherwise, everything was great. I would make these again.
