Watch these mini, open-faced BLTs disappear at your next party. If you're doubling or tripling the recipe, you can set out the toppings and the grilled toasts brushed with olive oil to let your guests build their own.

How to Make It

Cut bacon slices in half and cook until crisp. Halve or quarter tomatoes. Combine tomatoes in a bowl with lettuce, chives, and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread some tomato mixture on each baguette toast and top each with a slice of bacon.
